Ever since I was a kid, I've always been drawn to the idea of being a business owner. From selling candy and mixtape CDs in middle school to establishing myself as an accountant and real estate investor, my journey has been one of relentless pursuit.

After graduating college, I spent valuable years in public accounting, building my expertise in tax and accounting systems, and became a CPA. Today, I'm honored to serve numerous clients across diverse industries, with a special focus on new and growing businesses.

From startup sole proprietorships to established S-Corps and Partnerships, to retiring business owners seeking clarity and advice on structuring their buyout terms. They all benefit from one approach - proactive tax planning with my guidance.

By age 27, I took a leap of faith and acquired my first rental property. A year later at age 28, I branched out on my own and began helping my own clients. Fast forward to now, at age 35, with over 12 years of hands-on experience as a tax accountant, I've seen the ins and outs of the financial needs of countless business owners.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I dedicate time to nonprofit initiatives in Fort Lauderdale. For a decade, I served on the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization that provides affordable housing to 40+ families. This involvement offers me unique insights into the realms of real estate development, community leadership, and housing programs that truly make a difference.

Just as I've learned, adapted, and grown in my own ventures, I believe in helping you do the same, whether it's by providing you with free tools, templates, tax tips or financial insight as your dedicated CPA!

CPA.com was formed by the American Institute of CPAs. AICPA leadership knew the unprecedented pace of technological change required firms to adapt quickly and overcome the challenges of the partnership model to meet that goal. It charged CPA.com management with creating a business model, value proposition and infrastructure to help firms identify emerging trends and technologies and provide education, training and resources that would accelerate adoption.

CPA.com serves as a catalyst in the development of virtual CFO/controller services by firms and is now shifting its focus to similar innovations in tax and audit practices, with an emphasis on automation, artificial intelligence and the adoption of blockchain technology.
