Patti Clement currently serves as Executive President with the Private Client High Net Worth (HNW) Division of HUB International, a leading global insurance brokerage. Patti specializes in risk management for Ultra HNW families globally. She is strongly relied on by her clients, their advisors and her peers for her knowledge and expertise in all complicated risk management insurance matters.

Born and raised just outside of Toronto, Patti joined HUB International Northeast in in 1997 after working in the insurance industry since 1977. Prior to being promoted to her current role of Executive Vice President in January 2023, Patti served as Senior Vice President and held various leadership roles throughout her career at HUB. She works closely with family office managers, Ultra HNW individuals and their trusted advisors on a consultative basis to assess risk exposures, develop customized solutions and deliver high touch service.

Patti has long been recognized annually at HUB with top honors and has met these top-level criteria for the past two decades. In 2018, she was recognized as a Private Client Power Broker® award winner by Risk & Insurance magazine. Over her tenure, Patti has contributed to several published white papers and has been quoted in national publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Yahoo!, and many others for her expertise on various personal insurance matters.

She holds a Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) designation through the Private Risk Management Association (PRMA)
