As firms wrestle with becoming effective advisors for their clients, one thing is clear – advisory opportunities increase as clients share more about their businesses. While we often focus on knowing the data – as we must – there is another component of client understanding that's vital: their operational context.
We will start by looking at what the “operational context“ really means. Then, we'll dig into what it means to learn about the client’s operational context — no matter what type of business that client is in. We'll also look at how we can side-step bias and assumptions, truly capturing the information critical to better advisory (and overall customer experience). Join us in looking at this often overlooked, but important, area of your business.
