Corey Ouellette leads the Toronto based Thomson Reuters Labs Customer Centre, servicing collaborative innovation across North America. Whether it's running Design Thinking Workshops, focus groups, or enabling other members of the Labs in user research, Corey's focus is to promote customer obsession within the Labs, and to uncover opportunities for customer collaboration and co-development. Many of these opportunities include reimagining what the next generation experience could be for our customers while leveraging the power of AI. Prior to Thomson Reuters Labs, Corey taught Internet Marketing, and the post-graduate course of Social Media Marketing at Conestoga College. Beyond that, during his time at PMG Intelligence he led the launch and growth strategy for their spinout company Qbord, which is now one of Canada’s largest online research panels.
